Our team travelling to Washington DC to tell the inspiring story of Heman Bekele, a 15-year-old innovator and researcher whose groundbreaking work is reshaping the future of healthcare. Named TIME Magazine’s 2024 Kid of the Year and America’s Top Young Scientist in 2023, Hemen developed the Skin Cancer Treating Soap, a revolutionary, low cost solution designed to make early-stage cancer care accessible to underserved communities.
The film takes us on a journey through Heman’s vision and dedication, inspired by his experiences in Ethiopia.
It captures Heman’s passion to transform global healthcare and his commitment to improving access to cancer care.
